How to create a screen capture: To create a screen capture on Windows: bring our software window to the front on your keyboard hold down the "Alt" key and press the "Print Scrn" key, the screen capture should now be in the 'clipboard' start up Microsoft Paint (access from the Windows Start button via Accessories>Paint) in Microsoft Paint select Edit>Paste, the screen capture should now be pasted into Paint select File>Save as to save the screen capture to a GIF or JPEG file.
