Q. Why does my full version still act like the trial version?
A. In most cases this is because you did not fully uninstall the trial version before installing the full version. All you have
to do is uninstall the trial version and then re-install the full version and everything should be fine.

A. The most likely reason is because your email program has either blocked us as spam or has sent our email to your spam
folder. Check in your spam folder for our email and/or make sure your email program does not block email from noblesoftware.com.
