Software Support:

Before you contact us please check that your question isn't answered in the FAQ pages. If you cannot find the answer there please email us. We will respond as quickly as we can. Usually in one business day or less.

Reporting Bugs:

We make every effort to deliver the highest quality software and solutions that we can. However, bugs do show up. That is why we cannot make the statement that our software and solutions are 100% bug-free. Nobody can and really mean it. So if you have or think you have encountered a bug in one of our software packages or solutions please report them. We can only fix bugs we know about.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your real name and a valid email address
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Vista, etc.)
  • The name and version of the software
  • A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem
  • A screen capture (where appropriate)
The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can't produce your problem, then we probably won't be able to fix it.

A screen capture (a picture is worth a thousand words) can be very useful when attached to a bug report. See our instructions on how to create a screen capture.
